2、 Core functional principle

Based on the eddy current effect, provide high-frequency oscillation excitation to the probe coil; The impedance change of the coil caused by the change in the gap between the detection axis and the probe is converted into a DC negative voltage output, and the voltage corresponds linearly to the gap;

Used for measuring shaft vibration, shaft displacement, key phase/speed, differential expansion, in conjunction with 3500/42M and 1900/65A monitoring modules, in compliance with API 670 unit protection standards.

7、 Key points for installation and debugging

Wiring: Dedicated coaxial shielded cable, single ended grounding of shielding layer to avoid ground loop noise

Gap calibration: After installation, measure the output voltage and adjust it to -8.5~-10V (1.27mm standard gap)

The total length of the system is strictly prohibited from mixing: the 5-meter preamplifier can only be paired with a probe and cable totaling 5 meters. Length mismatch will result in loss of linearity and sensitivity offset
