GE MVR1600-4601 整流桥模块 二极管正向导通反方向截止

  整流桥模块的整流作用是利用二极管的单向导通原理来实现的。通常而言，二极管是正向导通反方向截止，即二极管只容许其正极进到正电，负极进到负电。整流标模块的二极管只容许电流在-个方向利用，所以当它接入到交流线路时，它可以使电路中的电流只向1个方向流动。整流杯模块通常由单相桥柄式全波整流器的4个二极管构成和三相柄式全波整流器的6个二极管构成(生产厂家都将其封装在一个元器件中，通称为整流桥模块，便于我们使用)。对应用作单相电路和三相电路整流。

  关于单相全波整流桥，在整流桥模块的每个工作周期中，唯有2个一极管一起运行，-极管的单向导通作用将交流电转变为单向流脉动电压，整流模块的一个二报管的大耐压是输出电压的二倍，利用的电流是输出电流的-半，因为每-个周期难有2个一极管运行，即每一个二 极管只运行半个周期，所以唯有-半的电流利用。对于电压，当二极营反方向信置时，要承担波电容和输入端电压之和，为输出电压的二倍。这在选择整流桥模块时极其重要。

The rectifier function of the rectifier bridge module is realized by using the single conduction principle of the diode. Generally speaking, the diode is a positive guide through the reverse direction cutoff, that is, the diode only allows its positive electrode to enter the positive charge and the negative electrode to enter the negative charge. The diode of the rectifier marker module only allows the current to be used in one direction, so when it is connected to the AC line, it can make the current in the circuit flow in only one direction. The rectifier cup module is usually composed of four diodes of the single-phase bridge type full wave rectifier and six diodes of the three-phase bridge type full wave rectifier (the manufacturer packages it in a component, known as the rectifier bridge module, for our convenience). Corresponding to the use of single-phase circuit and three-phase circuit rectification.

As for single-phase full-wave rectifier bridge, in each working cycle of the rectifier bridge module, only two single-pole tubes run together, the single conduction action of the -pole tube converts the alternating current into a unidirectional current pulsating voltage, and the maximum voltage withstand of a double-telegraph tube of the rectifier module is twice the output voltage, and the current used is -half of the output current, because it is difficult to have two single-pole tubes running every - cycle. That is, each diode runs only half a cycle, so only -half of the current is utilized. For the voltage, when the diode is set in the opposite direction, the sum of the wave capacitance and the input voltage is twice the output voltage. This is extremely important when choosing a rectifier bridge module.
