Installation specifications
Compatible with Megalink standard rack, installation torque strictly follows 35Nm (M12 terminal) to avoid poor contact and heat generation.
The forced air cooling channel needs to be clean and unobstructed, and the fan module (P111-CF12) needs to start and stop synchronously with the module. Regularly check the fan speed and filter cleanliness.
Maintain a spacing of ≥ 200mm between modules to avoid mutual interference during capacitor discharge and ensure insulation safety.
Maintenance and replacement
Regularly monitor the voltage ripple of the busbar, capacitor temperature, and leakage current. If the ripple exceeds the standard or the temperature is abnormal, the capacitor performance needs to be investigated.
Before replacement, the DC bus must be thoroughly discharged (recommended discharge time ≥ 10 minutes, equipped with discharge resistors) to prevent electric shock.
The lifespan of capacitors is usually 5-8 years (depending on operating conditions). After aging, the dielectric loss increases and the capacity decays. It is necessary to replace modules of the same model in a timely manner to avoid system failures.
Safety precautions
Only applicable to 3000VDC rated systems, overpressure use is strictly prohibited.
